Receptionists & Hosts

You'll often hear that you never get a second chance to make a great first impression. It is also well known that the first impression will stay with the customer for a long time; therefore it is vital for it to be a positive experience. As the first point of contact for our customers, the front of house teams at Listers Group welcome guests and make people feel cared for, valued and respected.

The work is varied, covering areas from office administration and secretarial duties to hospitality and customer service roles within a typical day. As well as meeting and greeting our customers, our Customer Reception Teams are responsible for operating our busy switchboards, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and put through to the correct department.

Irrespective of the role, you will need drive, character, attitude, energy and talent – these are all pre-requisites for Listers Group. Relevant experience is important but is not sufficient on its own as you will also need to demonstrate that you have used those attributes to achieve your goals in the past.
