The role of our managers and their leadership abilities are critical in driving our group forward, and are expected to be the best in the industry. They are required to generate impressive results and are responsible for the growth and development of the business. They will be challenged to exceed profit targets, grow the business and achieve high customer satisfaction levels. They deliver this through their team by setting the vision, maintaining their focus, driving the result, and developing their people in an atmosphere of trust. They will also take responsibility for all dealership activities, whilst thriving on new challenges, driving sales promotions and building relationships with vehicle manufacturers.

Without a doubt our people are our unique differentiator to any other company and therefore the managers who lead them need to have leadership skills at the core of their DNA, supporting and invigorating their teams to produce outstanding results. We are very proud that the managers within our dealerships are team members who possess a vast amount of experience and expertise within our industry.

Irrespective of the role, you will need drive, character, attitude, energy and talent – these are all pre-requisites for Listers Group. Relevant experience is important but is not sufficient on its own as you will also need to demonstrate that you have used those attributes to achieve your goals in the past.
