An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Support Co-ordinator to join our dedicated Service team at Volkswagen Worcester. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and communication skills, looking to contribute to a high-performing team and potentially build a career within the automotive industry.

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Basic salary of £26,075 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out customer vehicle collections and deliveries to support the Service department.
  • Manage on-site vehicle logistics, including the check-in process for customer vehicles.
  • Prepare and maintain job cards, including scanning and filing.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of courtesy vehicles.
  • Assist with job card preparation to ensure smooth service operations.
