A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to be based at our busy PDI Centre in Stratford upon Avon. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Basic salary of £25,000 with an annual bonus of £800, plus benefits.

We are looking for an organised and driven individual to assist the current administration team with the day to day work flow of the department.

The role will include:

- Answer incoming calls to the department

- Compiling delivery packs

- Ensuring visitors are introduced to the correct member or staff

- Liaising with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met

- Ad hoc administration duties

What we’re looking for:

- The person we are looking for will have a confident outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to successfully converse with people at all levels both internally and externally.

- Clear handwriting and computer literacy are paramount.

- Ability to work to deadlines.
