Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Administrator to be based at our Bodyshop in Boston. 

This role is initially on offer on a Maternity Cover basis, expected to be at least a 9 months contract, however this may lead to a more permanent role within Listers Group.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week on an hourly rate of £11.50, and be entitled to a monthly bonus of up to £300. 

Duties to include:

• Assisting with general Bodyshop administration to audit standards.

• Liaising with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of repairs.

• Ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer enquiries.• Completing paperwork promptly and accurately.

• Arranging disposal of damaged parts to set timescales and maintain disposal logs.

• Preparing job cards and parts orders along with a host of other administrative duties.

• Assisting in the parts department to include parts ordering, parts booking and safe storage of parts awaiting fitting.

What we're looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator or Experienced Bodyshop Administrator.

• The successful applicant will either have a general understanding of accounts or strong numeracy and administration skills.

• You will need to be a highly motivated & enthusiastic individual with excellent PC skills, particularly in excel, and be educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent standard.

• The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and must have a valid UK driving licence.
