Trainee Payroll Executive

From starters to leavers, and everything in between, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Payroll Executive to join our busy Payroll Team at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.

With a payroll of over 2,500 employees, you will need to be self-motivated and have good organisational skills to help process the volume of incoming pay details and queries from Listers employees.

The role is varied and offers progression (including study support) for those that want a rewarding career in payroll.

Paying our employees the right amount, on time, every time is very important to us, and it will require you to have high levels of concentration and accuracy.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30-17:00.

About you

Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

  • Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills and an eye for detail.
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Good PC skills.
