Job Introduction                 

We are introducing a new role for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our Contact Centre in Solihull.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 9am to 5.30pm (start & finish time can be 30 minutes before or after to suit the successful individual) Monday to Friday. Upon completion of a training period, some remote working days can be added into your work pattern. The basic salary for this position is £21,700 with a monthly bonus earning you up to £30,000 per annum (OTE is £28,000 but this is not capped). 

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting service plans and assisting to set up Audi connected apps.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Outbound aftersales calls
  • Assisting customers in setting up service plans.
  • Assisting customers in approving Audi connected apps.
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details
  • Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Improve and drive lead conversions.
  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
  • Adhering to brand standards

About you

  • Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. However, ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience.  
  • Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated & target driven.
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
