Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit a Brand Specialist to join our retail sales team at our Audi Dealership in Solihull.
You will work a 5-day week on a rolling rota basis, to include Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 18:00, Saturdays 9:00 to 17:00 and Sundays between 10:00 and 16:00.
Benefits include a Basic salary of £26,000 with a realistic OTE of £30,000 & an Audi company car.
This role would perfectly suit a highly – motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.
You will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Audi products and technologies.

Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming digital and telephone enquiries and ensuring accuracy in collecting customer data
- Providing enthusiastic and professional customer first impressions
- Follow up telephone calls post enquiry.
- Creating high standard videos to enhance the customer sales and handover experience.
- Co-ordinating, within the retailer environment only, the vehicle handover process for all new and used vehicles from start to finish.
- Checking vehicles over prior to handover including fuel and that all accessories are fitted. In addition, all service manuals, book packs and handover forms are ready.
- Being prepared and waiting to meet and greet guests for vehicle handover within the retailer.
- To provide a vehicle handover experience that exceeds all customer expectations. This is to include demonstrating, in full, the technology within the vehicle and ensuring customers’ mobile devices are paired and radio stations are set to the customer preferences.
- Arranging, via appointment, a complimentary post-handover invitation back into the retailer to assist with additional technical customer needs.
- Final check of delivery/handover files into sales administration department making sure all forms, documents etc. are complete with signatures where required.
- Follow-up calls to all customers post-handover ensuring their confirmation of an outstanding customer experience from the retailer was received. What we are looking for

- A well-presented individual who can confidently communicate and build rapport quickly with both colleagues and customers.
- Someone with excellent organisational skills who can prioritise tasks and be flexible to ad-hoc requirements and be able to time manage and diarise appointments effectively.

- Experience of customer handling and telephone techniques and etiquette.
- You will be out-going, energetic and process-driven.

- Experience within the technology industry would be ideal but not essential..
- You will hold a valid UK drivers’ licence.
