Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Trade Parts Sales Representative to join our Land Rover Dealership in Solihull. This position is based at our Land Rover PDI Centre in Solihull. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00.
The Role
To ensure optimum market penetration is achieved, by maximising sales of parts to trade outlets. Ensure a prompt, efficient and courteous ordering service to achieve the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Achieve all sales and profit objectives for the Parts Centre
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration
- Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Ensure all marketing/promotional activity is communicated throughout the team
- Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
- Remain professional, calm and positive at all times
- Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake personal development activities as required
About you
- Ideally you will have gained Motor Factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company
- Confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
