Bodyshop Receptionist / Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Receptionist to be based in Coventry.

This is a full time role working: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Description

Reporting to our Bodyshop Manager you will be required to handle incoming telephone calls, collate customer details, raise job cards, arrange customer bookings, manage customer drop off and collection plus other associated duties in order to assist with the repair to accident damaged vehicles.

Duties to include:

  • Assisting with general Bodyshop administration.
  • Liaising with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of repairs.
  • Ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer enquiries.
  • Completing paperwork promptly and accurately.
  • Preparing job cards and parts orders along with a host of other administrative duties. 

What we're looking for:

  • The successful applicant will have strong numeracy and administration skills.
  • You will need to be a highly motivated & enthusiastic individual with excellent PC skills
  • The successful applicant will have an excellent communication skills
  • Must have a valid UK driving license.
  • Customer focussed with a friendly pro-active approach
