Job Introduction                 

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our division working at our Contact Centre based in our Audi Dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are on a rota basis Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

The successful person will be supported for the first 3 months of their career, receiving guaranteed monthly earnings equivalent to a minimum of £23,000 a year salary. The 6 month period will help towards supporting you while you are training and settling in to your new role.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Improve and drive lead conversions
  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
  • Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
  • Adhering to brand standards

About you

  • Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated & target driven
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
