We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager who has both service & parts experience with first class customer service skills to support the Aftersales Manager.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays on a rota basis.

In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the smooth running and day to day activity of the service & parts department.
  • To support the efficient and profitable operation of the service & parts department.
  • To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories.
  • Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.
  • Supporting the service department with the booking of customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload.
  • Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers.

This is a dual role and the ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Service or Parts Advisor looking to take their first step into management.
