We are currently looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to be based at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Lincoln

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work.
Hours to be 25 per week spread over 5 days –5 hours per day - can suit school hours
The role responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general warranty administration to audit standards
- Responsibility for filing/archiving of all claims and documentation
- Ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all external and internal customer enquiries
- Completing paperwork promptly and accurately
- Providing cover during busy periods and holidays
What we're looking for:
- The successful applicant will be methodical, highly motivated and well organized, working within our warranty claims team
- Although previous exposure to a Warranty Administrator role is ideal it is not essential as training will be given
- A well-presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed
- The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
