Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Head Office in Solihull.

We require a sales driven, articulate and friendly communicator with high organisational skills who has up to date knowledge of the vehicle market.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Relationship Executive your role will be to actively generate leads and to co-ordinate the booking of appointments within our Toyota & Volkswagen Group Brands to generate and increase vehicle sales utilising the systems and database available to you.
  • You will be required to actively prospect, follow-up and update your KPI’s and efficiencies daily.
  • You will work towards the increase of the Dealerships retentions rates and targets that you will be set.
  • You will have direct contact with our client database and we will expect you to work to a high standard when liaising with them.
  • You will be required to exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with best practice and Company guidelines.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties professionally as directed by your Manager.

About you

  • Previous experience of administration or call centre operation within the motor trade would be advantageous
  • Customer focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with management across Listers dealership network to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
