Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery and Collection Driver to join our Honda Dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We require a professional and well-presented individual to handle deliveries of cars from our service department. This role would ideally suit somebody that has a passion for customer service and interaction with others. The successful candidate will be a competent and confident driver with excellent customer service skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Delivering vehicles to customers’ home or work premises
- Providing a professional and courteous hand-over to the customer
- Taking receipt for the collection of payments from customers where required
- Fuelling demonstration and display cars
- Chauffeuring company personnel or customers when required
- Any other ad hoc/administrative duties
About you
- A reliable and well-presented individual
- A full, clean, valid UK driving licence
- Confidence when dealing with customers
- A good knowledge of the local area
- Excellent customer service skills
