Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our customer finance renewals team, based at our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. This is a telephone based role, dealing with predominantly outbound calls to existing and previous customers. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Relationship Advisor your role will be to actively generate renewals leads and to co-ordinate the booking of appointments to generate and increase vehicle sales utilising the systems and database available to you.
  • You will also be required to engage with customers outside of dealership opening hours via live chat on a rota basis.
  • You will be required to actively prospect daily, run campaigns within the specified systems and update your KPI’s and efficiencies daily.
  • You will work towards the increase of the Dealerships retentions rates and targets that you will be set.
  • You will have direct contact with our client data base and we will expect you to work to a high standard when liaising with them.
  • You will be required to exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with best practice and Company guidelines.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties professionally as directed by your Manager.

About you

  • Previous experience of customer service or administration within the motor trade would be advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role training can be provided
  • You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills
  • An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately
  • Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
