Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a SEAT Brand Specialist to join our Dealership in Worcester. This role averages out to be a 5 day working week between 08.00 - 16:00 / 10.30-18:30 Monday to Friday on a rota basis including working alternative weekends but always with one week day and every other weekend off which is unique in the motor trade.

Starting salary for this position will be £20,000 with an OTE of £26,000, and use of a company vehicle. Once you have completed your accreditation training for the role the salary will increase to £24,000 with an OTE of £30,000. 

As a SEAT Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest products and technologies. As part of the sales team you deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things SEAT.

Role and Responsibilities

  • To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment.
  • To offer and promote the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policies
  • To always be prepared to receive and welcome new customers’ enquiries (via telephone, walk-in, e-mail and LiveChat)
  • To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range
  • To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

About you

  • You don't need to be from the motor industry; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
  • You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
  • You may have previous motor trade experience (preferred), but ultimately hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
