An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Mercedes-Benz centre in Lincoln. Due to the ongoing success, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join the team as a Retention Executive, looking after our Mercedes and BMW customers.

This is a varied and interesting role which would suit someone with previous experience in a sales orientated environment.

Working hours are 8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 5pm or 9.30am to 6pm, rotating on a 3 week rota plus 1 in 6 Saturdays as overtime

Role and responsibilities:             

  • To Prospect all researched and identified customers with a view to making showroom appointments
  • To co-ordinate the appointment with both the Customer, Reception Staff and the Retail Managers to a high standard
  • Post visit customer care calls to establish outcomes and next actions
  • To accurately update a workbook with all contacts, showroom appointments and sales
  • Ensure your department is self-audited and all relevant documentation is filed correctly
  • Actively work towards achieving your daily appointments booked and sales targets

The person:

  • Has an outstanding record of sales achievements
  • Is highly organised
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in explaining complex products to both business and retail customers
  • The ability to use their initiative to provide impeccable customer service

The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to ensure our showroom appointments and sales are in line with monthly plans.
