Job Introduction          

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00 (some weekend and evening hours may be required for events).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to assist our busy Marketing Managers with the day to day running of the department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • To provide accurate and efficient administrative support to our busy Marketing team.
  • Creation of marketing materials. (email newsletters, web pages and social media campaigns)
  • Co-ordination of marketing work requests.
  • Updating of retailer websites, social channels and any digital real estate
  • Liaising with external agencies and customers regarding marketing and events.   
  • Proof reading

About you

  • Ideally previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting at all levels.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus a working knowledge of social media outlets would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work in a team as well as alone.
