Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Head Office team in Stratford-upon-Avon.

We are looking for someone who is AAT qualified with accounts experience wanting to take on their next challenge, and potentially step up to becoming a Management Accountant.

Study support is available for CIMA and excellent references will be required.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with the submission of manufacturer composites
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Produce and issue various internal reports
  • Investigation and explanation of variances in the management accounts
  • Providing support and assistance to dealership based accounts staff
  • Working as part of a team encouraging growth and development of assistants

 About you

  • You will be AAT qualified and have a number of years experience working in an accounts department
  • The successful applicant will have excellent numeracy skills, be able to work with spreadsheets and have great attention to detail
  • You will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, have excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
