Job Introduction                            

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist / Database Administrator to join the team working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. The hours of work are on a rota basis Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays.

The role is initially available as Maternity cover, but may lead to a more permanent role within Listers for the right candidate.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
  • Compiling and sending weekly/daily reports for Management Team
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Improve and drive lead conversions
  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
  • Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
  • Adhering to brand standards

About you

  • Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated & target driven
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
