Description

We are currently looking to recruit a confident and friendly individual with excellent communication skills to work at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Lincoln.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own and as part of a team, have good organisational skills, tenacity, the ability to use their own initiative and will believe in the value of excellence.

The Role:

• Dealing with Aftersales calls

• Booking customer vehicles into the Dealership

• Contacting prospective service customers

• Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Initiating the solving of customer problems in a professional manner

• Adhering to mystery shop standards

• Accurate data input of customer details

Hours : 37.5 hour week - working rota system 8am to 4.30pm, 8.30am to 5.00pm, 9.30am to 6.00pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays

The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive lead conversion.
