An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon & working remotely between sites.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to assist our busy Marketing Managers with the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities
-To provide accurate and efficient administrative support to our busy Marketing team.
-Creation of marketing materials. Eg email newsletters, web pages and social media campaigns
-Co-ordination of marketing work requests.
-Updating of retailer websites, social channels and any digital real estate – both at a group and brand levels-Sourceing quotes from suppliers
-Liaising with external agencies and customers regarding marketing and events.
-Proof reading
Requirements
Full training will be given but the following would be advantageous:
-Ideally previous experience in an administrative role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting at all levels.
-The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus a working knowledge of social media outlets would be an advantage
-Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
-Able to work in a team as well as alone.
Working hours
-The hours of work for the role will be 8:30am – 6pm from Monday to Friday (some weekend and evening hours may be required for events)
