We are currently looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator for our Mercedes-Benz network, based at our dealership in Lincoln.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Processing warranty claims within manufacturer guide lines and time frames.
- Coding and Timing of Repairs to Manufacturer specification
- Auditing workshop documentation to ensure compliance
- Implement manufacturer warranty processes and procedures to prepare for Manufacturer audits
What we're looking for:
- Previous technical knowledge would be an advantage, although not necessary as full training will be provided.
- The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own and as part of a team, have exceptional organisational skills, tenacity, and the ability to use their initiative and believe in the value of excellence.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
