We are currently recruiting for a Live Chat Executive to join our Audi, SKODA & ISUZU Division. Due to the nature of the role, the location can be based to suit the successful candidate, so you can choose to work from our any of our dealerships in Birmingham, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon or Worcester.

Due to a combination of more car buying journeys starting online, and an increase in the number of visitors to our website, the demand from customers to provide them with instant advice, an accurate answer or general information via our ‘Live Chat’ platform is growing rapidly.

We are looking for a driven, punctual and enthusiastic individual to deal with these enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will deliver exceptional service online, mirroring what we do in our dealerships. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of all the enquiries you take on our lead management system.

Description:

Reporting to the divisions Marketing Manager, you will play a vital part in helping to answer questions and provide information to potential customers about our great range of new and approved used cars, as well as our aftersales offerings.

Variety will be a key feature in this role as no two enquiries will be the same. Using your excellent computer skills you will need to think quickly and build a great first impression with all our potential customers, gather their contact details and establishing a next action for them – such as a showroom visit, test drive, or initial contact with a Sales Executive over the phone.

We will offer you extensive training on all systems, together with all the help and support you need to fulfil your potential.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Customer Satisfaction: You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations online, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence you will ensure that the customers’ experience of Listers online is industry leading.
  • Passing on details of conversations you have had online with customers to Sales Executives and following up to establish the outcome of that enquiry.
  • Data Quality: To accurately and vigorously collect as much customer and vehicle information as possible in order to maximise the quality of the sales leads you will be generating

  • A dedicated and reliable individual with a strong eye for detail.
  • A quick thinker with strong initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Your will possess excellent computer skills
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers online and our teams in centres.
  • The ability to work towards and exceed targets

This is a full time role and your normal working hours will be 10:30am - 7:00pm Monday – Friday.

The OTE for the role is £23,000.
