Description

Working as part of a busy marketing team your role will primarily involve co-ordinating the work required by the company’s Marketing Managers, design team and dealership personnel using telephone calls, email and personal requests. You will also be involved in the daily email campaigns and preparation of presentations.  

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact in the marketing department, providing general administrative duties for the department on the whole.

• Co-ordination of marketing work requests.

• Procurement of marketing supplies and handling queries with suppliers.

• Actioning of email campaigns.

Full training will be given but the following would be advantageous:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to communicate in a user-friendly and professional manner both verbally and in writing.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Strong personality.

• Able to work in a team as well as alone.

• Detail oriented.
