We are looking for a passionate & talented Trainer / Mentor / Coach to assist with the induction and ongoing improvement of our retail teams’ performance based out of our Learning & Development academy in Solihull.
You will play an integral role in the delivery of our new After Sales Accreditation Programme and the development of our existing teams.
This role will support a customer centric approach to delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, the person we are looking for will have:
• Previous experience of developing and delivering first class training within a aftersales environment is desirable.
• The ability to engage groups of learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of exercises and discussion to embed learning.
• Experience of working in a learning department with a focus on achieving set qualification standards & targets within an accredited environment.
• A genuine interest and passion for the automotive industry, keeping abreast of developments both within the brands represented by Listers and its competitors.
• Practice in maintaining CPD Records.
• Intermediate IT Skills – Especially Microsoft Office.
An excellent Package awaits the successful candidate including a company car. Occasional travel and overnight stays will be a requirement in this role supporting our dealer network.
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience as an aftersales trainer, ideally in the motor trade. Alternatively you may be an Aftersales or Service Manager looking to take your first step in to training.
