Description

We are currently looking to recruit an additional confident and friendly individual with excellent telephone communication skills to complement our existing team working on behalf of our Toyota and Lexus Dealerships.

The successful person will be supported for the first 3 months of their career, receiving guaranteed monthly earnings equivalent to a minimum of £23,000 a year salary. The 3 month period will help towards supporting you while you are training and settling in to your new role.

The ideal candidates will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team, have good organisational skills, tenacity and the ability to use their initiative to provide impeccable customer service.

The Role:

• Dealing with after sales calls.

• Booking customer vehicles into the dealership.

• Contacting prospective customers.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner.

• Adhering to mystery shop standards.

• Accurate data inputting of customer details.

The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive lead conversions. In recognition of this we offer a competitive package that will reward performance.

This is an ideal position for an excellent communicator who is driven, customer focussed, smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner and the ability to input data accurately into MS Office and other systems.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join the Listers Group. Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
