A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Administrator to join our high successful Aftersales team based at our Skoda and Volkswagen Service Centre in Banbury.


You will be customer focussed, smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner. With the ability to follow processes, input data accurately and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

• Inputting customer data onto our systems

• Sending service plan information to the manufacturer

• Compiling files

• Gathering information regarding warranty claims

• Liaising with both internal and external departments

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own and as part of a team, have good organisational skills, tenacity, and the ability to use their initiative.

This is a busy and interesting role that will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join the Listers Group.

Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
