We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for our Mercedes-Benz Dealership based in Lincoln.
Leading from the front, you will be well versed in all aspects of a Service Department and it's management.
Responsibilities to include:
• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
• To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
• To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered
• Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
• Managing and development of the team
• Growing Workshop utilisation and efficiency
• Exceeding Customer satisfaction
• Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
To be considered for this vacancy you will currently or previously worked in a Service department, either as a Service Manager looking to Listers for the future or a second in command looking for development opportunities with a growing business.
