An opportunity has arisen for a professional Administrator to support our Customer Contact Centre based at our Mercedes-Benz Dealership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team through the delivery of accurate analytics and data control increasing the utilisation of resources and overall performance.

As an Administrator you will work closely with the Contact Centre Team Leaders as part of the Data, Quality and Compliance Team.  

The Data, Quality and Compliance Team are responsible for the monitoring of call quality and data integrity through the creation of ad-hoc reports and evaluation.

A high standard of relationship management will need to be established in order that operational areas act upon recommendations.

The role will include call monitoring, data input, analysis of trends and producing reporting packs to support the business and planning process.

The person we are looking for must possess the following skills:

• Proficient computer skills – email, MS Word

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Good organisational skills

• Keen eye for detail

• Data entry ability

• Time management skills

• Ability to apply logic and reasoning as appropriate

• Experience with MS Access and/or Share-point would be an advantage
