Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager with first class customer service skills. You will need to be confident in dealing with multiple customers at any one time and have the ability to prioritise, organise and deliver.We require driven and motivated individuals who have the ability to lead their customers and manage their expectation.

Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service experience.

As part of the management team you will be responsible for:

• The workshop.

• Service advisors.

• The parts department.

You will need to be hands on in your approach to help support the Service Manager in driving the department forward, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed. You will also be versed in all aspects of the Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or Service Manager.
