We have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Assistant to join award winning Head Office Accounts Team.



To support our Accounts Team to collate, prepare and produce the monthly management accounts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing vehicle invoices, costs and profit
  • Administering internal vehicle transfers and vehicle status changes
  • Supporting balance sheet reconciliations
  • Raising and following up queries with dealerships, to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
  • Ad hoc duties to support the Accounts Team


We're looking for:

  • A school/college leaver, or someone who is looking to start a career in accounting
  • Someone with strong numeracy and administration skills
  • Someone who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong PC skills (particularly Excel)

 Full training will be given, which will include study support to gain the AAT qualification.
