Description:

As a Technician at Listers you will be provided with the training you need to progress your career further, in one of our industry leading workshops with the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious vehicle brands.

Our Technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard. Our well equipped and modern facilities provide a professional environment for our staff, whilst delivering a seamless service to our customers.

About you:

We consider candidates from all backgrounds to join Listers, as we can provide the training and support you need to progress your career. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.

Ideally you will hold a Level 3 NVQ, or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and hold a full UK drivers licence. However, as long as you can demonstrate good technical knowledge and an ability to ensure work is carried out to a high standard, we will consider all applications.

What we offer:

As well as stable career with internal and manufacturer training, we offer an excellent salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, workplace pension scheme and company car schemes.

Listers employees can also enjoy a retail discount scheme such as discounted hotel rooms and weekly shop! In addition to this we offer a fantastic working environment with plenty of career opportunities supported by our own learning & development centre.

Our salaries are negotiable depending on experience, and can be increased as you progress through our various training programmes.

Working hours vary slightly across our sites but typically you will be expected to work between 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, as well as Saturdays on a rota basis.
