Listers Bodyshops are state of the art facilities with excellent working conditions. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join the team at our Bodyshop in Coventry.
You will report directly to the Bodyshops manager and be the main point of contact for our customers and the external companies we work with.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing estimates for repairs and gaining authorisation for work to be carried out
- Ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all customer enquiries
- Completing all paperwork promptly and accurately
- Providing support for the Bodyshop manager
- Ensuring company standards are adhered to
- You will need to be hands on in your approach to help support the Bodyshop Manager in driving the department forward
- The successful candidate will need to have excellent written and communication skills
- This role will ideally suit someone who has previous experience working in a body shop environment and looking to take their first step out of the workshop
