Job Introduction - Hybrid
We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join Listers. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. You will be required to travel to all Listers sites as and when required although the office is based in Solihull.
You would assist the Head of Aftersales Support and QHSE in managing Health and Safety compliance across the business, fielding day to day H&S enquiries, offering solutions and regularly visiting all Listers locations to establish and maintain a successful H&S culture. Tasks would vary from site inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining records to writing risk assessment and delivering training sessions.
We are offering an excellent basic salary up to £40,000 plus car & benefits dependant on experience. We also offer outstanding development opportunities, with ongoing training provided to help you reach your full potential.
Role and Responsibilities
Ideally you will have the following skills/experience:
- IOSH Health & Safety qualifications
- Dealership / Automotive experience preferred but not essential.
- Accident/incident investigation
- Internal audit and reporting
- Writing risk assessments and policies

- Confident and effective communicator on all levels
- Able to organise your own time and tasks
- Willing to travel to all Listers locations
- Full UK Driving licence
- You need to live within a commutable distance to our dealer network in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire & Bristol
