Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager to join the team at our Approved Volkswagen Service Centre in Leamington Spa.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £42,000.
In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
- To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
- To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered
- Assist with planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
- Managing and development of the team
- Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency
- Exceeding customer satisfaction
- Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
About you
- The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, workshop controller, or a current Service Manager looking for better rewards and career opportunities.
- You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards.
- You must be able demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- In addition your need to have strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality and a real passion for the brand.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred.
