This is an exciting opportunity to develop rental solutions for business and retail customers and maximise the potential for the business.
A key objective of this role is to ensure that each customer receives the highest level of customer service. You will act as the key contact for all rental requirements, whilst planning and organising your own rental sales activities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £40,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for.
- Full vehicle rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare.
- Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers
- Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry.
- Deliver against personal targets and delivering against agreed service levels.
- Management of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Complete customer satisfaction call-backs following vehicle delivery.
- Any other ad hoc duties required to maintain a successful department.

- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- General computer literacy
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure.
