A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Management Assistant to join Toyota Grantham .
This is a five-day working week. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00 with a £25,000 basic salary and OTE of £30,000.
The role will be helping and supporting our Sales and Retail Managers within the dealership. You will be able to support the management team with all the vehicle financing and value-added products and assist the sales team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by the dealership.
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
- Proposing financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.
- Working directly with our selected panel of lenders to secure finance for Niche and Declined applications.
- Taking finance applications directly from customers to establish credit facilities.
- Tracking finance applications & ensuring all the correct paperwork is available to complete the finance application process.
- Identify new daily sales opportunities via internal systems.
- Confirm all finance deals are activated in preparation for handovers.
- Ensure deal files are checked every day after a handover and logged off our CRM database ensuring all new deals done that day are logged.
- Administer and ensure all value-added products are listed on the CRM database and print for the management team.
- Check the debtors list to ensure all transaction are up to date i.e settlements / cashback.
- You will Inspect for any transaction errors and rectify any deal queries.
- You will be responsible for ensuring we pass all our finance and value-added product audits .
- Keeping the team informed when our cars arrive and ensure all paperwork and settlements are updated etc.
- All payment request completed with customer or Finance 3rd party details listed correctly.
About you
- You could be an existing Retail Manager looking to take a step down or maybe a Sales Executive looking for change of direction into finance & value added products.
- Previous experience of finance would be beneficial in this role.
- Ability to manage/prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Excel ,ADP and CMS database knowledge would be advantageous.
- You will have familiarity and understanding in ensuring that all company, manufacturer and finance paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
- You will have experience of ensuring that best practice and procedures are adhered to within a car dealership.
- The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, have outstanding administration skills and worked within a similar role.
