Listers Group is currently recruiting for a Sales / Accounts Administrator to support our busy administration department at our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

We require a highly organised administrator to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering vehicles to customer specification

• Prioritising work schedules

• Collating finance, order, tracking and commission paperwork.

• Balance sheet reconciliations.

• Verifying vehicle invoicing, costing and resulting profit.

• Raising and following up queries with dealerships to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.

• Providing support to the Accountant.

In essence your duties will be interesting and varied, liaising between customers and our own in-house departments. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, have outstanding administrative skills with previous experience in a similar environment.
