An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Photographer/Videographer Executive to join the marketing team based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon, working remotely.

Role Summary:

This position is a storyteller who uses photography and video to bring ideas to life. They will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing Team to identify and create photography, GIFs, cinemagraphs and short-form video content that is distributed across Listers social media platforms to help us connect and engage with customers, fans and advocates of our company and brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day photograph and video needs of Listers Marketing Team.
  • Provide photo editing and retouching support as needed.
  • Concept and create visual stories for multiple social media platforms.
  • Listen, engage and respond to relevant social discussions about our brands, replying to comments and posts, on our social networks and from our website, from customers and new audiences that may not yet be aware of us.

Qualifications:

  • Social media photographer with DSLR video capabilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in photo editing/retouching and video editing in Adobe.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, comfortable with best practices, asset specifications and content guidelines.
  • Understand social media creative trends.
  • Strong portfolio of stills and/or video content.

Personal qualities:

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and friendly written communication and verbal skills.
  • Highly adaptable and detailed oriented.
  • Capable and driven to quickly learn and upgrade current skill set.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Working hours:

  • The hours of work for the role will be 8:30am – 6:00pm from Monday to Friday (weekend and evening hours will be required for events).

This is an ideal opportunity if you have studied photography or film studies or perhaps have gained some work experience working in a similar role but now wish to pursue a permanent career.
