When customers bring their vehicles into one of our Centres for service or repair, their first point of contact will be our Service Department.
Firstly you will telephone customers to remind them their car requires servicing. This could be regular maintenance, an MOT or even a safety recall reminder. Then liaising with the service department you will book in the service vehicle, possibly arranging collection or even a courtesy car.
You will be preparing job cards, entering customer’s details onto our database and administering payments received along with host of other administrative duties.
You will be closely involved with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) as today it is imperative to ensure that our customers are completely happy with the service that they have received.
This is carefully monitored by telephoning once work has been carried out to ascertain their level of satisfaction and on very rare occasions to address concerns and issues.
Key Duties
- Processing ADP & RTC Service Systems, including setting up DISS Reports
- Administering VMS data, including Service Online
- Taking inbound Service bookings
- Making outbound calls to arrange Service bookings
- General department administration and filling of Job Cards
Required Experience
- VAG Service Booking systems experience is needed, RTC & ADP
- Excelllect telephone sales skills are a must for this role
