Listers Group is currently recruiting for an Aftersales Data Analyst at our Audi & Volkswagen Contact Centre based at Audi in Solihull.

Within our Audi Dealership we have a Contact Centre which specialises in the aftercare of our customers. We are looking for a bright and energetic administrator, who has excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, who is competent using Excel and Word.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Daily download of Polk information
  • Importing information and completing excel spreadsheets for analysis
  • Report information to branch and aftersales managers
  • Create tactical aftersales marketing campaigns with group marketing support
  • Calling customers to confirm correct details are being held on database

What we’re looking for:

  • The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, computer literate and have outstanding administrative skills with a key focus on attention to detail
  • Confidence, resilience, drive and energy
  • A well-presented individual with a desire and attitude to succeed
  • Minimum of a GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
  • Full training will be provided for the successful candidate

The hours for the role are 08:00am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday.
